Welcome to AI Assistant for Jira, a productivity tool designed to enhance your experience with Atlassian Jira. AI Assistant for Jira is developed and maintained by Addable AB (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use AI Assistant for Jira.
AI Assistant for Jira provides automated assistance and integration services for Atlassian Jira users. You must have a valid Atlassian Jira account to use our app.
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Addable AB.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use AI Assistant for Jira solely for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may not use AI Assistant for Jira in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the service or interfere with any other party’s use of the service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the service, the server on which the service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the service.
AI Assistant for Jira and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Addable AB and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Addable AB.
We may terminate or suspend your access to AI Assistant for Jira immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
AI Assistant for Jira is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Addable AB, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use AI Assistant for Jira.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Addable AB and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of AI Assistant for Jira, or b) a breach of these Terms.
The Company is located in Sweden and any leagal issues shall be governed by Swedish law.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use AI Assistant for Jira after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
